Return & Shipping Policy

At Ruach Flags, every flag is a unique, handmade creation. Because our products are custom-crafted specifically for you, please take note of our official policies below:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy.

• Every flag is custom-made and handcrafted.
• Once an order is placed and created, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different design.

2. Exceptions & Restocking Fees

In the rare event that a return or exchange is manually approved by our team, outside of our standard policy:

• Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to the total value of the items.
• Logistics: All returns and exchanges require a courier pickup arranged by us or the customer.
• Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a refund will be issued minus a 3% bank processing fee. This covers the non-refundable costs charged by the payment gateway.

4. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your flags, but if your package arrives damaged due to the courier, we will make it right:

• Action Required: Please email us at sales@ruachflags.com or WhatsApp +27 83 952 8081 immediately.
• Evidence: You must include your order number and clear photos of:
  • The damaged outer packaging or box
  • The damaged product itself
• Resolution: Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement and send it to you as soon as possible.
